Recently, with the successful completion of engineering pile testing construction in Blocks D and E, all blocks of Phase IV of the Digital Economy Industrial Park have achieved full construction.
The fourth phase of the Digital Economy Industrial Park covers a total construction area of approximately 670,000 square meters, and is composed of 35 different types of factories, as well as 4 canteens, parking buildings, etc.. In order to cooperate with the investment attraction work in the New Area, promote the rapid development of the digital economy industry, and ensure the maximum efficiency of the use of construction funds, the project is developed and constructed in five blocks in succession.
Among them, the main structures of Blocks A, B and C that have started construction in 2022 have all been completed, and the project progress is progressing smoothly. It is planned to be completed and accepted by mid-2024. The total construction areas of Block D and Block E, which have started construction this time, are 121,400 square meters and 180,700 square meters respectively, with 18 new factories planned to be completed and accepted in December 2024 and February 2025 respectively. Till then, they will better meet the demand for industrial investment attraction in the New Area and help promote the development of the digital economy industry.
The speed of Qianwan is fully demonstrated in the construction of the industrial park. Heading west along the fourth phase of the Digital Economy Industrial Park, there's a third phase project with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan. It started construction earlier than that of the fourth phase, and the third phase has also shown a thriving trend. Similarly, adopting a rolling development strategy of partition blocks, the main decoration and ancillary construction of the Block A project of the third phase are about to be completed. The decoration project of Block B1 has been completed by 35% and the main structure project of Block B2 96%. The Block C is undergoing preliminary construction preparation.
In addition, the intelligent hybrid community D block project, a supporting project for the first, second, third, and fourth phases of the Digital Economy Industrial Park, is currently undergoing main and secondary structural construction, with a progress of 50%. The total investment of the project is about 350 million yuan, and the construction content includes 11 commercial buildings and 5 hotel accommodation buildings. It is planned to be completed and accepted in May 2024. After the completion of the project, it will better meet the living needs of employees of the Digital Economy Industrial Park and surrounding enterprises.
